Participants and accompanying persons are requested to register in advance by completing and sending the registration form along with the appropriate fee to the workshop secretariat.

AIRPORT TRANSFER IN ANTALYA
Antalya International Airport is 60 km away to the city Center. If an airport transfer to the hotel is preferred from the congress organization, the staff on duty will arrange a special transfer with the special rates only for the workshop participants. If a transfer by the congress organization will be applicable, please fill the related part in the registration form completely.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
- Requests for cancelling hotel reservations should be notified to Bosphorus Line Tourism Organization in written form.
- Refund following the deduction of bank expenses will be made for requests for cancellation no later than April 15, 2012.
- No refund will be made for cancellations after April 15, 2012. Only name changes will be permitted.
- All refunds will be made after the congress.

- All payments must be made in Euro by credit card or cash.
- For the acceptance of your congress registration, the registration form should be filled completely and the registration fee must be paid in full in advance.
- If the registration fee will be paid by credit card, please fill the part for credit card information on the registration form, sign and send to the PCO by fax or e-mail.
- If the registration fee will be paid by on-line credit card system, please choose the on-line option to enter the secure area, fill all of the required parts and press "send" button.

- All cancellation requests must be in written notification and addressed to the congress secretariat by fax or e-mail, cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
- Until April 5, 2012, all cancellations will be accepted and no fee will be charged.
- Until April 15, 2012, 50% of the total price will be charged.
- After April 15, 2012, cancellation requests will not be accepted and the total price will be charged.
- Until April 10, 2012, the request of participant's name change will be accepted.
- All refunds will be processed after the congress.
